Personality Based:
The 16PF® Questionnaire is a comprehensive measure of normal adult personality that assesses 16 personality dimensions and is based on more than 60 years of research. It is suitable for both selection and development. Available in multiple languages such as English, French, Mandarin and German.
Primary factors in the 16PF® include Warmth, Reasoning, Emotional Stability, Dominance, Liveliness, Rule-Consciousness, Social Boldness, Sensitivity, Vigilance, Abstractedness, Privateness, Apprehension, Openness to Change, Self-Reliance, Perfectionism and Tension. The five global factors include Extraversion, Anxiety, Tough-Mindedness, Independence and Self-Control.

⦿ Profile and Manager Feedback Report Plus
Provides a concise presentation of the examinee’s personality traits, along with narrative feedback about the direct report’s personality and how it might impact on-the-job performance in several key areas. Also contains a 2-page section that includes detailed descriptions of the 5 Global Factors and narrative explanations of Low, Mid, and High scores for the Primary Factors that contribute to each of the 5 Global Factors.

The 15FQ+ can be used to predict a wide range of behaviours in a variety of settings. It has been fully revised to make it suitable for use in the international business environment. The 15FQ+ was designed for use in industrial and organisational settings. Human resource professionals will find the 15FQ+ an invaluable part of test batteries used in personnel selection and development.
Report formats offer professional and client-sharable narratives that forecast an individual’s performance in various management roles and analyses leadership style, teamwork preferences and thinking style. It also assesses communications, interpersonal, problem solving and decision-making styles.

Workplace Based:
⦿ The WorkSafe Predictor is designed to assess patterns of thinking and acting that predict safe behaviour and the likelihood of remaining free from workplace safety incidents. It provides insight into safety behaviour that can be used in a developmental or selection context.
⦿ This assessment is designed for testing adults in business and industrial settings for work safety. No industry specific language or technical jargon is used so the WorkSafe Predictor can be administered in any industry and with any position. Results can identify “low safety risk” individuals or identify employees who are a “high safety risk”. Used as part of your organization’s pre-employment testing, it will help determine what aspect of the candidate’s behavior contributes to higher risk, providing opportunities to address those areas hindering safety. When administered to current employees, the WorkSafe Predictor will help determine the focus of training and development to enhance a positive safety culture.
o This test may be complimented with a soft skills test for professionals and managers who are engaged in occupations where ownership and safety of others are critical.
Cognitive Abilities:
The Culture Fair Intelligence Test (CFIT) measures individual intelligence in a manner designed to reduce as much as possible the influence of verbal fluency, cultural climate, and educational level. The test is non-verbal and requires only that examinees be able to perceive relationships in shapes and figures. The CFIT is extremely time-efficient in that it is a timed test of only 12 minutes.
The CFIT contains four subtests involving different perceptual tasks: series, classification, matrices and conditions, so that the composite intelligence measure avoids reliance on a single skill. Research has shown that intelligence makes an important contribution to the prediction of skill acquisition, problem solving, decision making and other performance related competencies. The CFIT is an excellent tool to use to assist any selection decision, particularly when the role will require the individual to be able to make decisions, think strategically and manage a range of tasks at once.
The CFIT can be used in situations where it is important to:
⦿ Discover if the achievement of an individual is what would be expected from his or her intelligence;
⦿ Assess potential to perform job-relevant tasks that involve cognitive ability;
⦿ Increase the effectiveness of career development decisions.
The Advanced Tests are parallel forms of a group of tests designed to measure general intellectual ability at advanced and tertiary levels.
Both forms, A and B, have a linguistic (L) section and a quantitative (Q) section intended to measure general intelligence as demonstrated by the ability to see relationships and to solve problems.
The tests are timed and allocated 35 minutes (15 minutes for AL/BL and 20 minutes for AQ/BQ).
